The Wakefield Conference Room FoyerThe room includes a private entrance, foyer, kitchen and toilets which offers total privacy and allows you to use it as you need, with space for pop up branding in both the room and foyer.

HIRE GUIDELINES

Opening Times

Our opening times are strictly:

Monday 9am to 4pm
Tuesday 9am – 4pm
Wednesday 9am – 4pm
Thursday 9am – 4pm
Friday 9am – 2pm

These hire times are not flexible. The door will be unlocked at 08:45am, allowing 15 minutes to set up. Please do not arrive any earlier as there will be no access available. The door will be locked again at 4pm (or 2pm on Friday). Unfortunately we are not able to offer extended hours.

Parking

We have 5 bays that are clearly marked for use by The Wakefield Conference Room, alternatively, there is on-street parking before you arrive at the car park. Please do not park in other parking spots as the remainder of the car park belongs to other businesses on the site and parking is strictly prohibited in those bays.

Wifi/Presentations

There is free wifi included in your hire and you we have a large 86” smart TV for your presentations. Connections are available in the form of screen sharing or wired connections from your device.

Stationary

We provide pens/pencils and paper, in addition to a large glass whiteboard with whiteboard pens. Please ensure that you bring everything else you need with you.

Printing/Photocopying

We do not have any printing or photocopying facilities, please bring everything you need with you.

Refreshments/Food

Unlimited tea and coffee is included within your room hire for you to help yourself to throughout the day. There is also a fridge which you can put lunch items into. We can also offer a cold lunch buffet when ordered at least 72 hours in advance. Cutlery and crockery are provided for use.

Etiquette

We ask that you respect the space and please clear up after yourselves. Please feel free to make your own drinks and use the kitchen items provided. Washing up liquid and cloths are in the kitchen for the cleaning of your items, along with a large bin for any rubbish.

Electric Charge Points

The Electric car charge points do not belong to The Wakefield Conference Room and are not to be used.
