We have thought about your safety and have made provisions within the Conference Room to protect you and your delegates:
- Our Conference Room has its own private entrance, foyer, kitchen and toilets, so you can be assured that you will not encounter other people while using the room.
- On arrival there is signage reminding guests that if they have any symptoms they should not enter. Guests are then required to take their temperature and hand sanitise when entering the building.
- The Conference Room has plenty of space to distance, as well as windows and an external door that can be open throughout your meeting to keep the room aired and allow breaks in the outside space.
- Hand sanitiser is supplied in both the foyer and the Conference Room, while toilets have signs to remind guests of how to stay safe.
